The process began by listening to the needs of all those involved through personal interviews, with the aim of developing the best site structure according to the experience of each user. It was proposed to integrate within the same site, three display options, depending on the membership of each user: College, Fund, Community.
The result was a responsive website, with excellent UX/UI results, different navigation options and content according to each need. Through this, queries about lack of information and confusing content on the original website were reduced, freeing the support areas of the College.
